I offer sessions for individuals older than 18 years. Sessions are held in German, English or Spanish. I am professionally obliged to maintain confidentiality.

• Psychiatric diseases such as depression, anxieties or diseases caused by stress
• Substantial changes, life crisis and reorientation, among others after giving birth, break up, retirement, death or sickness of someone close
• Difficult situations at work / in the family / in relationships: An improvement of the situation can often be achieved through identification, understanding, and changing of one's own patterns.
• Dealing with stress: Together we develop strategies to handle stress and its possible consequences (insomnia or anxiety, for example).
